We offer buffet-style catering in Sevierville TN.
All of our Severville catering service menus include tea, condiments, barbeque sauce, disposable setups, sides (potato salad, cole slaw, and baked beans), buns, and chocolate chip cookies. Our Sevierville BBQ is available by the pound.
If you don’t need the entire buffet lineup of our traditional catering menus, we offer an a la carte menu or sorts for bulk ordering– you can get our Sevierville barbeque by the pound! Choose from pulled pork, pulled chicken, beef brisket, and ribs by the pound or the half-pound (including barbeque sauce), or you can even get a whole pork butt, half chicken, or whole chicken. Bulk orders of BBQ sauce and side dishes are also available– slaw, baked beans, green beans, and potato salad in half-print, pint, or quart sizes. Buddy’s Bar-b-q makes it easy for you to order just the right amount of food for your large group!
