How Are We Different From Fast Food Chains?
We slow smoke our meats onsite. Our meats are never frozen, and we use a secret blend of spices and rubs as we smoke our meats on-site using a hickory-smoke pit smoker. Cooked low and slow for hours, our brisket, ribs, wings, pork, ham, and chicken are fall apart tender and bursting with flavor in each bite.
We make our sides from traditional family recipes. Not only do our sides pair perfectly with our hickory-smoked meats, but also are made from our own family recipes. We source the freshest ingredients so you can enjoy all the hearty Southern sides– baked beans, green beans, cole slaw, potato salad, and corn on the cob!

At Buddy’s Bar-b-q, end your meal with something sweet by ordering one of our delicious desserts. We do catering, by-the-pound, and bulk orders. Our Sevierville catering service really sets us apart as the top place for BBQ in the Smokies. You can get one of our Family Packs that feeds 5 or 10 people and comes with your choice of meat, 3 sides, buns, BBQ sauce, cookies, tea, and paper products– everything you need for a family dinner, picnic, tailgating or game day watch party, work lunch, etc. For larger groups, you can get our meats by the pound and bulk order side dishes, and we also offer complete buffet menus for events!
